There are four main types of cast aluminum electric heating plates: thin shell type, cast plate type, tubular element type, and tubular element cast plate type.
Thin shell heating plate
A thin shell electric heating plate is a shell formed by stamping a metal sheet and embedded with a spiral shaped electric heating wire. The spiral shaped electric heating wire is filled with thermal conductivity and insulation filling material between the metal shell. This metal thin shell structure is simple and inexpensive, but the board surface is prone to deformation, and there is a decrease in thermal efficiency after long-term use. Therefore, it is generally made into low-power electric heating boards below 800W.
Cast plate heating plate
The cast plate heating plate structure is the same as the thin shell heating plate structure, except that the plate surface is a metal casting component, which has high strength and is not easily deformed. This structure is mostly used in China. A tubular element electric heating plate is an electric heating plate formed by bending a metal tubular electric heating element into a plane spiral involute.
